Ingredients
Pot to boil pasta
frying pan for sausage and ground beef
salt, pepper, garlic powder, sugar to cut acidity from tomatoes
sweet sausage and bot sausage or sausage or your choice

pot for pasta sauce
sauce ingredients
2 tablespoons of olive oil
clove of garlic crushed
1 28 oz can of crushed tomatoes
1 15oz can of tomato sauce
1 6oz can of tomato paste
1 tablespoon of white sugar

Instructions
To prepare the sauce of the gravy what ever you choose to call it, saute the garlic in olive oil until it is tender, then add the crushed tomatoes, the sauce and paste and sugar simmer on low for four hours.
For the meat fry sausages in a frying pan until golden brown on both sides and no longer pink inside, then fry the ground beef until brown put it in the sauce and let it all cook together.
When the sauce is close to done cook your pasta noodles according to the package. Pour pasta sauce over the pasta serve with grated cheese and a nice salad and a crusty bread enjoy your meal
