Ingredients

Bread machine to make the dough or mixer with bowl and dough hook attachments
1 1/2 tsp of bread yeast if bread machine or 1 packet yeast if mixing by hand
1 11/2 cups warm water 110 degrees divided 2 tsp sugar divided 2 tbsp olive oil 2 tsp of salt 2 cups of bread flour, 2 cups all purpose flour cling wrap and a drop of oil to coat mixing bowl for when dough is rising

Instructions

If you are using a bread machine to make the dough add the water and oil then dry ingredients and then the yeast last . Then put it on dough setting and when it’s done take the dough out for the next steps . If you are doing it by hand , add the yeast and 1/4 cup of warm water sprinkle 1 tsp of sugar over yeast mixture let sit until it foams. Add remaining water sugar and oil combine until well mixed. Combine salt and flour in a mixing bowl and with your mixer or hands add the wet to the dry mix. Beat until smooth if dough is to wet add a bit more flour . On a lightly floured surface kneed the dough 5-6 minutes. Lightly grease a large bowl and place dough into bowl coat with oil and cover with plastic wrap or a dish towel for 45 minutes to an hour . Line baking pans with parchment paper and lightly grease . Preheat oven to 400 f or 200 c. Punch dough down in bowl then on a lightly floured surface then divide dough into 8 balls then shape each ball into an oval shape. Place on parchment sheet cover and let rise another 25 minutes. Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown
