Oven Roasted potatoes by

Ingredients

Baking pan
olive oil to coat
salt, pepper, or what ever seasonings you desire.
One pound of russet potatoes or red skinned which ever you prefer.

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit

Cut up potatoes into bite size pieces and coat with oil and spices

Spread out evenly in baking pan this way they all cook evenly

Cook for 45-55 minutes or until they are soft with a little bit of a crisp . Goes great as a side dish with chicken or steak or pork.
