Ingredients
Medium size mixing bowl
Cutting board
Sharp knife
Roasting pan
Potato peeler
Spoon to mix carrots
Whole carrots
2 tbsp of olive oil or melted butter
2 tbsp of honey
2 tbsp of brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425
Line baking sheet with parchment paper
Peel and rinse carrots cut in half
Add to mixing bowl
Add melted butter , or olive oil
Add brown sugar
Add honey
Add salt
Mix well until combined
Spread on baking sheet roast 15 mins flip roast another 15 minutes or until fork tender
