Ingredients
3 medium ripe bananas - 6 to double
1/3 cup salted butter melted or unsalted- 2/3 to double
1/2 tsp baking soda-1 tsp to double
1/8th tsp salt- 1/4 to double if using unsalted butter
3/4 cup white sugar - 1 1/2 to double
1 large egg beaten- 2 to double
1 tsp vanilla extract -2 tsp doubled
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour - 3 cups doubled

1 8*4 inch loaf pan for one loaf, two pans for double recipe

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees, if using one pan butter one, if doubling the recipe use two pans.
Melt the butter.
Mash bananas in the bowl, and add the butter. Mix in the remaining ingredients, mix in baking soda , and salt . Stir in sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract, then flour.
Pour batter into prepared pan, or pans bake 55-65 minutes.
Keep in airtight container for 5 days.
