Ingredients
Large mixing bowl
1/2 cup cold water with ice
1/2 cup shortening
4 tbsp cold unsalted cold butter cubed
1/4 tsp salt

plastic wrap

cold water with ice
1/2 cup
shortening
4 tbsp
cold unsalted cold butter cubed
1/4 tsp
salt
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, cut shortening , butter, and flour together, add salt.
next add cold water, stir with a fork until a dough ball forms.
Divide in half and form two discs, if not using both freeze one disc for a later date. And put the other disc in the fridge for 30 minutes.
If you need a bake pie shell, bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
