Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups of cold heavy whipping cream
stand mixer with paddle attachment, then whisk attachment
measuring cups and spoons
container with lid incase you do not use frosting right away

Instructions
Let cream cheese soften for 30 minutes on your counter.
Once softened use paddle attachment to beat together cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until light and fluffy.
Switch to whisk attachment, slowly add in heavy whipping cream until fully incorporated. Beat until soft peaks appear 3-5 minutes. Store in an airtight container for 2 days in the fridge.
