2 cups of white granulated sugar
1 3/4 cups of flour
3/4 cup nestle cocoa powder for baking
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp of salt
2 large eggs
1 cup of milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup boiling water

stand mixer and paddle attachment
one 9 by 13 cake pan

Preheat oven to 350 f.
Spray cake pan with non stick spray set aside.
In your mixing bowl combine sugar, flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt combine well.
Add eggs, milk, oil , and vanilla , scrape bowl to make sure its all incorporated. Add in the boiling water.
Bake for 35-40 minutes.
Cool on wire cooling rack when done.
