Ingredients
1/2 cup (one stick of unsalted softened butter)
1 cup of white granulated sugar
1/4 tsp of vanilla extract
1 large egg
2 tbsp of milk
2 cups of all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup of jimmy sprinkles
stand mixer with paddle attachment
one medium bowl with hand whisk
cookie sheets
cookie scoop
bowl for rolling sprinkles and cooling rack

of milk

s of all purpose flour

baking powder
1/2 tsp
salt
1/2 tsp
baking soda
1/2 cup
of jimmy sprinkles
Instructions
Set your butter out for 45 minutes to soften.
Heat oven to 400 f.
In stand mixer mix butter, sugar , and vanilla extract.
Blend in egg, milk.
In other bowl stir in flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt . Mix well.
Mix the dry ingredients into butter mixture. Use cookie scoop to make cookie dough balls , roll into sprinkles then place two inches apart on the cookie sheet. Gently press down with palm of your hand.
Bake 7-8 minutes. Cool on wire rack. Store in airtight container for two weeks.
