Ingredients
2 1/2 cups of flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup ( 2 sticks) softened butter
3/4 granulated sugar
3/4 cup of light brown sugar packed
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
2 cups white chocolate chips
stand mixer with paddle attachment
small mixing bowl and whisk
cookie sheets
cookie scoop

of light brown sugar packed

s white chocolate chips
Instructions
Set out two sticks of butter for 45 minutes to bring to room temperature.
In small mixing bowl , combine flour, baking soda , and salt and set aside.
In stand mixer, combine sugar, brown sugar, butter, and eggs until well combined. Add in the vanilla, and then the flour mixture until well combined . Stir in the white chocolate chips by hand until well combined.
Drop 3 tbsp of cookies 3" apart on a cookie sheet, bake at 350 f for 12-14 minutes. Cool on cookie sheet for 5 minutes. Cool on rack then add to airtight container for two weeks.
