Ingredients
2 large semi frozen boneless skinless chicken breasts
Medium to large baking pan with a cookie wire rack
tin foil to cover the baking pan
Filet knife
Cutting board

large semi frozen boneless skinless chicken breasts
Instructions
heat your oven to 250 f or 121 c
Add foil to the pan then add cooling rack
cut chicken into thin strips and layer onto the rack
Cook for two and a half hours then flip and cook another 2 hours.
Let cool and then add to an airtight container and store for two weeks.
