Ingredients
-2 packs of spare ribs depending on how many people you are feeding
•
1 cup of brown sugar
•
1 tsp of salt
•
1 bottle of sweet baby rays BBQ sauce
For the cous - cous 1-2 boxes depending on how many people you are feeding

Instructions
upplies 2 large baking sheets covered with aluminum foil plus more to cover the ribs
basting brush

pot for the cous-cous
•
basting brush for the ribs
•
knife for the ribs
cutting board for the ribs
Medium sized bowl to mix the rub for the ribs
Instructions
•
Heat oven to 300 f or 148 c
•
Mix the brown sugar and the seasonings together in the mixing bowl
Cut the membrane off the ribs and then cut the ribs to fit on the baking sheet
Rinse the ribs off and then add to baking sheet cover front to back with the rub
•
Cover the ribs with foil and bake for 3-4 hours or until tender and the internal temperature is 145 f or 68 c
Once the ribs are done remove the foil , brush on BBQ sauce , until fully coated and cook another 10-15 minutes
Once the ribs are almost done ,add 1 1/4 cups of water to a pot ,and two teaspoons of olive oil and seasoning packet to pot bring to a boil. Once it has boiled stir in the cous-cous and remove from heat and cover the pot. Let sit for five minutes and stir .
