Roasted chicken and gravy by

Ingredients

8 pieces of bone in chicken breast or thighs
1 10 1/2 can or jar of chicken gravy or homemade chicken gravy what ever your preference is.
Five tablespoons of flour if gluten intolerant use gluten-free flour
1 teaspoon seasoning salt
1 tsp of pepper
Large deep bowl to dredge the chicken in the flour
Large disposable roasting pan

Instructions

Heat oven to 350 f or 190 c
Dredge chicken in flour on both sides shake off any excess
Put chicken in pan and pour gravy over chicken coating it evenly .
Bake for 1 Hour to 1 hour and ten minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
Serve with side and vegetable of your choice .
