Gluten free meatballs by

Ingredients

one pound of ground beef and one pound of ground pork
1/2 cup of gluten free bread crumbs
two eggs
parsley
parmasean cheese
garlic powder, salt, pepper
1/4 cup of milk
Baking pan
mixing bowl

Instructions

Preheat oven to oven to 450 degrees
In a mixing bowl add both meat and pork, all dry ingredients and then all of the wet ingredients mix well until everything is mixed together use your hands.
Shape meat into equal size meatballs this way it cooks evenly
Cook for 20-25 minutes or until no longer pink. This will be perfect for spaghetti or a meatball sandwhich serve with your favoite pasta sauce and enjoy.
