Ingredients
Disposable lasagna pans
Tin foil
Mixing bowl
Wooden spoon
Teaspoon
1 lb ricotta cheese
1 lb shredded mozzarella
Grated Parmesan
Two large eggs
Salt
Pepper
Gluten free Lasagna noodles
Pot to boil them
Pasta sauce

lb shredded mozzarella
Instructions

Heat oven to 375 f or 190 c
Boil lasagna according to box
Drain noodles
Mix cheese and egg mixture mix only half of the cheese in with ricotta cheese
Spoon onto noodles roll noodles up
Put noodles seam side down in lasagna pan
Top with pasta sauce
Cover cook 50 minutes in oven
Uncover top with remaining cheese bake another ten minutes
You can also add meat to the sauce and add that to cheese before rolling up or spinach
