Beef with onions, peppers, mushrooms and rice by

Ingredients
Rice cooker if you don’t have one then you can use a medium sauce pan with a lid .
Wooden spoon
Spatula
Large frying pan
Spatula
Oil
Cutting board and a sharp knife
Beef tips
Small sweet onion
One green bell pepper
Package of mushrooms
Soy sauce
Instructions
Heat oil in frying pan on medium heat
Remove outer layer of onion then cut then chop into small pieces set aside
Next rinse bell pepper cut it open remove seeds cut into strips set aside
Rinse mushrooms cut into small chunks set aside
When pan is hot add all the vegetables cook for five minutes and remove from pan
Next start the rice so that it will be ready when everything else is
Add a bit more oil to pan let it reheat
Rinse beef tips and cook until brown on both sides about 5-10 minutes
Put vegetables back in pan with meat cook together for another 5-8 minutes add soy sauce. Mix until incorporated and let it simmer
Once rice is done put mixture over rice and serve
