Homemade Shrimp Alfredo by

Ingredients
Pot to make Alfredo sauce
Pan to cook shrimp in
Angel hair or Alfredo pasta
Pot for pasta
Wooden spoon
Spatula
Strainer

1 Lb fresh shrimp
For sauce 6 tbsp butter
1 tbsp minced garlic
2 tbsp all purpose flour
1 1/2 cups of milk
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
1/2 cup grated Romano cheese
Salt and pepper

Instructions
Rinse shrimp de vain by cutting it straight down and taking vein out remove tail
Warm butter in skillet cook shrimp until opaque in color season with salt and pepper set aside.
Next cook your sauce by melting butter in sauce pan then adding garlic cooking for one minute . Next gradually whisk in the flour then whisk in milk then the heavy cream. Add cheeses continue to whisk. Bring sauce to a gentle boil once sauce begins to bubble reduce heat and simmer it will thicken while simmering.
While the sauce thickens cook pasta according to the box. Once pasta is cooked drain the water and return to the pot. Add shrimp to sauce poor sauce over the noodles stir to coat serve immediately .
