Homemade fajita marinade by

Ingredients
Large ziplock bag
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup lime juice
1 tsp granulated sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cumin
3 cloves of garlic minced
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tbsp paprika
1 1/2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp chili powder if you want spice
1/4 cup
vegetable oil
1/3 cup

chili powder if you want spice
Instructions
Combine ingredients in a quart size zip log bag, easiest way to do this is to put your bag in a large cup and put the opening of the bag over the cup.
Make sure all of the dry ingredients gets incorporated into the liquid.
Add your beef or chicken and onions and peppers marinade in fridge for three hours.
