Ingredients
2 Tablespoons olive oil
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
1 cup red onion, sliced thin
1 cup red bell pepper, sliced thin
1 cup yellow bell pepper, sliced thin
16 oz. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
1/2 cup white wine
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
One 14 oz. can diced tomatoes, drained
1-1/4 cups water
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
Heat olive oil in medium skillet over medium heat. Add mushrooms, onion, red and yellow bell peppers and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently, until tender.
Add chicken and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Add wine, garlic, oregano and basil and cook for 3 minutes.
Add tomatoes, water, milk, pasta and contents of seasoning packet and bring just to a boil. Reduce heat to low boil and cook for 12 minutes, stirring frequently, until pasta is tender.
Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes.
Top with Parmesan cheese and serve.
