Bars must remain refrigerated
Ingredients
1 Cup of Oatmeal
1 Cup of Skim Milk
1 ¾ Cups of Peanut Butter
4 Scoops of Whey Protein
A sprinkling of cinnamon and sugar for taste
1 Cup
of Oatmeal
1 Cup
of Skim Milk

¾ Cups of Peanut Butter

Scoops of Whey Protein
Instructions
1) Combine the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well
2) Spread the mix evenly into a glass dish and place it in the refrigerator for eight hours
3) Once set, cut the bars, and wrap in tin foil
