Ingredients
4-6 boneless chicken breasts
1/4 cup olive oil
2 1/2 Tbs. lemon juice
1 1/2 Tbs. Orange juice
1/3 cup fresh chopped parsley(or dry)
1 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
1/2 bayleaf crumbled
1 clove garlic minced
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
4-6 green and red bell peppers
1-2 large sweet onions
3 Tbs. olive oil

Instructions
Mix together and marinade boneless chicken all day
Grill chicken and then slice thinly
While grilling chicken, saute peppers & onions in olive oil
Serve with heated fajita shells, grated mexican cheese, refried beans, chopped tomatoes and sour cream or any other ingredients!
