24 Asparagas Spears
3 TBS sour cream
1 tsp chopped fresh dill(or 1/2 tsp dry dill)
1 tsp chopped fresh tarragon
4 ounces Proscuitto sliced paper thin

chopped fresh dill(or 1/2 tsp dry dill)
1 tsp

ounces Proscuitto sliced paper thin
Instructions
Cook trimmed asparagus in boiling water 3 minutes
Then put immediately into Ice Water
Wait 5 minutes, drain & pat dry
Mix sour cream & spices
spread on one side of proscuitto strips
Roll up asparagus in proscuitto strips
