Ingredients
4 medium tomatoes
2 (4-5 oz.) fillets of white fish (ex. tilapia, haddock, cod)
2T old bay seasoning
2 c. water

Instructions
Chop tomatoes and fillets and add to water with seasoning. Bring to boil and cook until fish is opaque and cooked through (approx. 10 min). Blend using immersion blender or upright blender until smooth. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
