French Onion Soup by

Ingredients

1 lb. Beef (90% lean), cubed
3 onions, yellow or vidalia, sautee sliced
3 T. sherry vinegar
2 bay leaves
1/2 t. thyme
Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

Sweat onions with salt, pepper and thyme
Add onions to water in crock pot
Braise beef then add to water with bay leaves
Simmer until beef cubes are cooked through
Serve with broth and beef
