Ingredients
Crust:
3/4 C. Flour
1/3 C. Quick Oats (not instant)
1/4 C. Sugar
Pinch of Salt
Topping:
2 TBS Peanut Butter
3 TBS Jelly
5 TBS Flour
1 TBS Sugar
2 TBS Brown Sugar
6 TBS Quick Oats
Pinch of Salt
3 TBS Butter

Instructions
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Crust: Combine flour, oats, sugar and salt in a bowl, pulse briefly to mix. Add butter and pulse until dough begins to clump. Press into a 9" square pan.
Topping: Spread peanut butter over dough and then spread jelly. Combine flour, sugar oats and salt adding butter until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle over the top and bake for 30 minutes.
Cool and cut into bars.
