18 oz. Package of Sugar Cookie Dough
8 oz. Cream Cheese
1/2 C. Brown Sugar
1/4 C. Peanut Butter
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
2 Granny Smith Apples
Ground Cinnamon
1/4 C. Caramel Topping
1/2 C. Peanuts, chopped

18 oz. Package of Sugar Cookie Dough 8 oz. Cream Cheese 1/2 C. Brown Sugar 1/4 C. Peanut Butter 1/2 tsp Vanilla 2 Granny Smith Apples 1/4 C. Caramel Topping 1/2 C. Peanuts, chopped

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Roll out cookie dough 1/4" thick.

Bake 16-18 minutes. Cool 10 minutes.

Combine cream cheese, brown sugar, peanut butter and vanilla. Spread evenly over the cookie.

Peel, slice and core apples and arrange on top. Sprinkle with cinnamon and drizzle with caramel and sprinkle with nuts.
