Guacamole Chicken Melt by

Ingredients
1 TBS Butter
4 Chicken Breasts (or more chicken tenders, not breaded)
2 Avocados
1 Small Tomato
2 TBS Olive Oil
2 tsp. Tony Chaseries
1 TBS Lime Juice
2 TBS Red Onion
Garlic Powder, Salt and Pepper to taste
4 Slices of Pepper Jack Cheese.

Slices of Pepper Jack Cheese.
Instructions
Heat butter and oil. Pan fry chicken (10 min on each side) Sprinkle with Tony Chaseries. Scoop avocados and mash, add remaining ingredients and salt/pepper/garlic powder to taste.
Place chicken on baking dish, spoon guacamole mixture on top and cover with a slice of cheese. Broil for 2-4 minutes and serve.
You can easily substitute premade guacamole to save time.
