2 oz. Onion (1/3 Cup)
1 C Heavy Whipping Cream
8 oz. Shredded Cheese
6 Eggs
1 tsp Salt
Dash of Pepper

Instructions
Place broccoli, onion and cheese on the bottom. Beat eggs and add cream, salt and pepper.
Pie Plate: Bake for 35-35 Min at 350 degrees
Muffin Tin: Bake for 20-25 Min at 350 degrees
