9 C. Chex Cereal
1 C. Chocolate Chips
1/2 C. Peanut Butter
1/4 C. Margarine
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 1/2 C. Powdered Sugar

9 C. Chex Cereal 1 C. Chocolate Chips 1/2 C. Peanut Butter 1/4 C. Margarine 1 tsp Vanilla 1 1/2 C. Powdered Sugar

Measure cereal into large bowl, set aside. Microwave chocolate chips and peanut butter uncovered on high or 1 minute. Stir, then 30 more seconds, or until mixture can be stirred smooth. Stir in vanilla. Pour chocolate mixture over cereal in bowl, stirring until cereal is evenly coated. Pour into large plastic food storage bag. Add powdered sugar. Seal bag and shake until well coated. Spread on wax paper to cool. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator. Makes 9 cups.
