Flat Iron Steak by

Ingredients
2 Flat iron steaks
6 oz. Cremini Mushrooms
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper
2 tsp. Olive Oil

Olive Oil
Instructions
Rinse steaks and pat dry. Season both sides with salt and pepper. Heat a medium pan over medium-high heat.  Add olive oil ad steaks and cook 4-6 minutes on each side, or until steak is seared and reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees.  Transfer to a plate and let rest for 5 minutes.  Slice thinly against grain before serving.
Serve with Loaded Potato Wedges
