2lbs of ground Beef
1 med. onion chopped
2 tsp minced garlic
2 teaspoons of cumin
2 teaspoons of chili powder
16 ounces of cream cheese (softened)
2 10 ounce cans of Rotel tomatoes
18 oz. beef broth
2 cups of heavy whipping cream

Brown your ground beef, onions and garlic...add your spices...let cook for a couple of min.... In the meantime , cube your softened cream cheese....add it to the meat mixture and stir till melted.
Then add your 2 cans of Rotel, beef broth and whipping cream...stir well....bring to a slow boil... and thats it... ENJOY ~
