Banana Brownie with Brown Sugar Icing by

Ingredients

For Brownies-
1 1/2 cup - Sugar
1 cup - Sour Cream
1/2 cup - Butter, softened
2 - Eggs
4 - Ripe Bananas, mashed
2 teaspoon - Vanilla extract
2 cups - All-Purpose Flour
1 teaspoon - Baking Soda
3/4 teaspoon - Salt

For Brown Sugar Icing-
1/2 cup - Butter
1 cup - Brown Sugar
1/4 cup milk
1 3/4 cup - Powdered Sugar

Instructions

**Banana Brownie Batter**

Heat oven to 375F. Grease and flour a 15X10 inch pan.

In a large bowl, BEAT together: Sugar, Butter, and Eggs until CREAMY.
Add: Bananas and Vanilla Extract.
Add: Flour, Baking Soda, and Salt until mixed WELL.

Spread batter evenly into pan and bake for 20-25 minutes.

**Brown Sugar Icing**

In a sauce pan, Melt butter.
Add: Brown Sugar.
Bring butter and brown sugar mixture to a boil, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes.
Add: Milk.
Continue to boil, stirring constantly, for another 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and let cool until LUKE WARM.
Once cooled, GRADUALLY add Powdered Sugar. (Beat until smooth and thoroughly mixed)
