Butternut squash
One onion
2 handfuls of red lentils
Tikka paste
2 tins chopped tomatoes
Fresh coriander

Instructions
Dice and fry onion
Add paste, cook for a min or two
Add squash, cook for a min or two
Add tinned tomatoes and lentils
Turn up heat til boiling
Turn down heat to simmer for 2 hours
