Ingredients

2 cups almond flour
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tsp Corn starch (added by me)
1/3 cup butter, softened (I used 5 Tbsp)
1/2 cup sugar-free sweetener (I used In The Raw)
1/4 Swerve brown sugar
1 egg
2 tablespoons heavy cream (I used Half & Half; Almond milk would likely work as well)
1 teaspoon vanilla
M & M's or Chocolate Chips (I used about 3.5 oz)

Instructions

Mix together dry ingredients in a bowl – almond flour, baking powder, salt, and corn starch. Set aside.
Cream softened butter with sweeteners until fluffy.
Add in egg, heavy cream and vanilla.
Slowly mix in dry ingredients. Add sugar-free chocolate chips.
Chill for at least 30 minutes.
Roll in 1" balls, flatten and bake.
Let cool at least one minute before handling.
