Rhubarb Slush by

Ingredients

12 cups chopped rhubarb
12 cups water
2 1/2 cups sugar

12 oz can pink lemonade
12 oz can cranberry juice
2 cups vodka

Instructions

Combine first three items and boil 2-3 minutes, then simmer for 5 minutes. Strain and cool "SAVING THE LIQUID". Add last three ingredients to liquid. Freeze in large ice cream container stirring occasionally until frozen. Add 3/4 cup of the mix to club soda to serve.
