Ingredients
1 cup low-fat quark, kefir, whipped cottage cheese or yogurt
1/2 cup buttermilk, or skim milk soured with 1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon organic honey
2 tablespoons flax oil
2 tablespoons ground flax seeds
1 unpeeled, grated apple
1 tablespoon coarsely grated walnuts
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup blueberries, divided
1/2 cup raspberries, divided
1 cup

Instructions
1. In a medium bowl, blend the quark, kefir, whipped cottage cheese or yogurt with soured milk or buttermilk, honey, flax oil and cinnamon. Set aside.
2. Spoon 1 tablespoon of ground flax seed in each of two smaller cereal bowls. Do the same with the apples, ground walnuts and berries. Divide mixture in first bowl evently between the two smaller bowls.
