Steel-Cut Oats (overnight) by

1/2 cup steel-cut oats
1 1/2 cups water

Instructions
In a small pot, combine oats and water and bring to a boil; immediately cover with a lid and remove from heat. Allow to sit overnight. In the morning, reheat with a splash of water or your favorite milk such as coconut or almond, a sprinkle of chopped nuts or banana, a dash of cinnamon and maple syrup or honey.
