Mini Fruit and Oat Dessert Pizzas by

Ingredients

1/2c oats
1.5 rice cakes
3 Tbsp honey
10 pitted dates
2 Tbsp 0% Greek yogurt
1 Tbsp almond butter
4 strawberries
6 blueberries

Instructions

1. In a chopper "chop" oats, rice cakes, 2Tbsp honey and dates
2. Flatten out on wax paper then cut into circles (may be moist but just adds to the sugar cookie feel)
3. Mix 2Tbsp Greek yogurt, 1Tbsp almond butter, 1Tbsp honey and spread on top of the "pizzas"
4. Dice strawberry and add to center, then top with blueberries!
