Tortellini Salad with Chicken by

Ingredients
19 oz frozen cheese tortellini
2 cups cooked chicken
1 medium zucchini
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow squash
1 small red onion
1/2 cup olive oil
4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions
Chop zucchini, pepper, squash and onion into bite sized pieces and place in large zipper bag.
Add next 4 ingredients to vegetables in zipper bag. Zip and squish to mix well.
Cook tortellini according to package directions. Rinse under cold water to cool and toss with vegetable mixture and chicken.
