Coconut Pound Cake by

Ingredients
Cake
1/2 cup milk
2 cup flour
2 cup sugar
1 cup oil
5 eggs ( to be added 1 at a time)
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Coconut extract
1/2 bag Coconut (about 1 1/2 cup)
Topping
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
1 stick butter
1 tsp Coconut extract
Instructions
Cake
Stir together flour, sugar, and oil. Using mixture add one egg at a time alternating flour, milk, and eggs.
Add coconut and vanilla extracts. Pour into lightly greased pan with flour to prevent sticking. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Topping
Bring to a boil all ingredients. Pour over cake which is still in pan. Let the cake set for about an hour before placing on platter.
