Season both sides of chicken thighs with
Barbecue and
Hot Garlic Omega Seed Spices and set aside. Heat up your heavy sauté pan to medium high heat and add oil. Once your oil is hot, sear the seasoned chicken on both sides until GBD (golden brown and delicious). Remove from pan and set aside, cover loosely to maintain temperature.
Using the same pan, lower your heat to medium and sauté onion and bell pepper for 3 to 4 minutes. Once vegetables become translucent add 2 beers beer and scrape up all the bits on the bottom of the pan. Add sugar, worcester sauce, yellow mustard and vinegar. Place your chicken thighs back in pan, adding whatever juices might be on the plate. Bring mixture to a low boil and maintain that heat for 30 to 40 minutes until chix thighs fall apart and become tender. Plate your thighs and use the juice in the pan to create an easy sauce. Just add cold butter one tablespoon at a time, mixing until the sauce takes on a creamier texture. Pair it with the beer you used to cook with for the best results.
