Ingredients
4 chicken breasts (about 1 1/2 lbs)
3 cloves of garlic (minced)
1 teaspoon fresh/minced ginger or 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon hot sauce (like Sriracha)

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 450 F degrees.
2. In a small bowl whisk all the sauce ingredients together (everything except the chicken.)
3. Place chicken in 9x13 baking dish and pour half the sauce over the chicken. Brush the sauce evenly over the entire surface of the chicken. Flip the chicken over and pour remaining sauce over. Brush or spoon sauce from the pan over the chicken, making sure it's fully covered.
4. Bake uncovered for 18 - 25 minutes. The baking time depends on the thickness of the chicken. It's cooked when it is 165-170 F on a meat thermometer.
5. Remove chicken from the oven and let rest for about 5 minutes before serving. I like to serve it with rice.
