Ingredients
6 oz. (about 1 1/2 cups) rainbow curly noodles
1 lb. hamburger
1 1/2 pkg. taco seasoning
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1 cup cheddar cheese
1 box cherry tomatoes, halved or regular tomatoes cut up
1/2 head of lettuce, shredded
salt and pepper to taste
1 5 oz. taco flavored corn chips
French dressing:
1 cup oil
1 cup ketchup
1/3 cup vinegar
1 1/4 tsp. salt
juices of one (smallish) onion-grated onto paper towel and squeeze
3/4 cups sugar
juice of one lemon

Instructions
Cook macaroni as directed on package. Drain, rinse with cold water, drain again.
Brown meat and drain fat. add taco seasoning and mix well. cool. (I rinse hamburger with hot water and then add taco seasoning).
In a large bowl mix macaroni, green pepper, onion, cheese, tomatoes (optional), lettuce and seasonings.
Chill. Just before serving, stir in seasoned ground beef, French dressing and corn chips. Toss lightly.
dressing: beat all the ingredients together
