Ingredients

ground beef or tenderloin
garlic
1/4 c brown sugar
1/4 c soy sauce
1 T seasame oil
1 t ground ginger
1 t red pepper flake
1 t pepper
Dashida (opt.)

Instructions

1. cook beef and garlic until brown (use oil if cooking tenderloin)
2. in a bowl mix together brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, ground ginger, red pepper flake, pepper, and dashida.
3. add sauce to beef and mix
4. serve over rice and top with green onions, egg (scrambled or over easy), soy sauce, and yum yum sauce
