Ingredients
Dough:
2 3/4 c flour
3 T sugar
1 t salt
1 pkg yeast
1/2 c water
1/4 c milk
2 T butter
1 egg
Filling:
1/4 c butter (softened)
2 T ground cinnamon
1/4 c brown sugar
Glaze:
1 c powdered sugar
1 t vanilla
2-3 T milk

Instructions
Dough:
1. in a large bowl mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast together until evenly dispersed. Set aside.
2. in a small microwavable bowl heat the water, milk, and butter together in the microwave until the butter is melted (+/- 30-45 seconds). Add to flour mixture.
3. Add the egg and knead with your hand or stand mixer for 3-4 mins or until the dough is no longer sticky.
4. Place in a lightly greased bowl and let rest for about 5 mins.
5. Preheat the oven to 200 F and turn it off after 10 mins or just before placing the rolls in the oven.
6. After the dough has rested roll it out in a 9" x 15" rectangle
Filling:
1. Spread the softened butter on top of the rolled-out dough.
2. In a bowl mix together cinnamon and sugar. Sprinkle it over the butter.
3. Roll up the dough tightly and cut it into 9 (large) even pieces.
4. Place in a lightly greased 9" x 9"(or cut into 12 small pieces and place in a 9" x 13" pan).
5. Lightly cover with aluminum foil or plastic wrap.
6. Turn off the oven and place the rolls in the oven to rise for 20 mins.
7. After rising, keep the buns in the oven, remove the foil/plastic wrap, and turn on the oven to 375 F.
8. Bake for 15-20 mins or until golden.
9. Remove and immediately top with glaze.
Glaze:
1. mix powdered sugar, vanilla, and 2 T milk together until smooth and lump free. Add more milk if needed.
2. Drizzle over warm rolls.
