9 eggs (yes, 9)
1 1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups milk

Heat oven to 400. Put 2 TBSP. butter in 9x13 cake pan or casserole dish. Put in oven to melt while you mix the batter.

In a blender or food processor:
Beat all 9 eggs
Thrn add sugar, salt, flour, and milk
Blend well.
Remove the dish from the oven and tilt it to spread out the butter. Pour the batter in thr hot buttery dish.

Cook 25-30 minutes on 400°F
