Italian Meatloaf by

This is real good served with spaghetti sauce spooned over the top.
Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef.
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/4 tsp.pepper
1 egg
1 tsp.salt
1 8 oz can of tomatoe sauce
1 tsp. oregano
1 1/2 cup grated mozzarella
1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Instructions
Combine first 5 ingrediants,1/2 cup tomato sauce,1/2 tsp oregano in small bowl,mix well.
Pat into rectangle shape on waxed paper.
Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
Roll up sealing edges and ends.
Place in loaf pan.
Mix remaining ingredients and pour over loaf.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
