Ingredients
4 cup Peeled Zucchini Cut into Chunks
2 Cups Sugar
1/4 cup Vinegar - Apple Cider
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Allspice
1 tsp. Lemon Juice
1 1/2 cup Red Hot Candies
4 cup
Peeled Zucchini Cut into Chunks
2 Cup

Vinegar - Apple Cider

1/2 cup Red Hot Candies
Instructions
Cook Zucchini in small amount of water. When soft, put through a blender. Add sugar, vinegar, spices, and lemon juice to zucchini. Put in a heavy saucepan and bring to boil on low heat until thicken. Add Hot Candies until melted. continue cooking until thickened, stirring constantly. Put into hot jar and seal.
