Crock Pot Chicken Stew by

Ingredients
3 medium potatoes cubes
2 cups baby carrots
8 oz whole mushrooms halved
2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
1/2 tsp salt
1 package onion soup mix
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 Tbs tomato paste
12 oz jar chicken gravy
1/2 c dry white wine or water

Instructions
Toss potatoes, carrots, and mushrooms. Place in the bottom of the crock pot. Arrange chicken on top. Sprinkle salt, garlic powder, and onion soup mix over chicken. Mix together gravy, tomato paste, and wine. Pour over chicken. Cook on high until bubbling. Reduce heat to low and cook until chicken is done.
