"Low Cal" Peanut Butter Popcorn by

Ingredients

3 quarts popped popcorn (1.5 C seeds)
1 C granulated sugar
1/2 C honey
1/2 C light corn syrup
1 C chunky peanut butter (or creamy)
1 tsp vanilla

Optional add-ins: mixed nuts, chocolate

Instructions

Pop popcorn and keep in a large roasting pan in a 250* oven. Butter sides of medium saucepan and mix together sugar, honey, and corn syrup. Bring mixture to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil hard for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla. Pour over popcorn immediately and stir to coat well. Break into pieces after cooled or eat it warm.
